Phinney Ridge Kitchen/Dining Remodel/Addition
This project entailed the removal of an existing enclosed porch, remodel of an existing kitchen, and construction of a new addition for dining and storage. The goal of the addition was to maximize views and enjoyment of the back yard, while integrating effectively with the original 1912 home.

Greenwood Basement Remodel
The owners of this home found that they were using their guest room for a home office, and thus were looking for space to construct a new guest suite. However the existing home maximized space on a relatively small lot. Thus the solution was to excavate and build out an existing crawlspace, capturing space within the existing footprint.
Whittier Basement Remodel
The goal of this project was a strategic and economical renovation of an existing basement to develop a master suite. The focus was on not only the efficient use of space and material, but the efficient use of time in design and representation.
Whittier Art Studio/Bathroom/Deck
This selective interior remodel of an existing home included remodeling the primary suite, replacing the deck, and incorporating an art studio into the basement. The design focused on efficient use of space and a minimal clean aesthetic.
Edmonds Addition/Interior Remodel
This project encompassed the design for an interior remodel and small addition to an existing one-story home, supporting a couple as they downsize and enjoy retirement.
Leavenworth New Home
Currently in construction, this new residence is intended to respond to both the needs of the owners and the site. The single story floorplan is accessible and intended to support the occupants for many years. Although it can be closed up to stay warm in winter or in summer smoke events, it can also open up to embrace outdoor living when the weather allows.
Sunset Hill New Home*
What made this project unique was that the owner came to the table with a well-thought through LEGO concept model. The joy of the project came from the process of developing that concept into a reality that the family could truly call home.

Magnolia DADU
Currently in design, the goal of this project is to construct a new second-floor detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) over an existing two-car garage. Challenges include ensuring that the project fits within the parameters of the DADU land use regulations, and creating an aesthetic that complements the existing house which was substantially remodeled several years earlier.
